Dragonslayer Ornstein was one of Gwyn's four Knights. He wore ornate armor and wielded a cross-spear. You fight him in DS1 in Anor Londo, where he fights alongside Smough the Executioner. In DS3, we find his armor in Archdragon Peak where he went to ally with the Nameless King.
